Customer Relations Specialist
Linden Lab is looking to add to our talented In World Specialist team. Specialists are the frontline employees responsible for communicating and enabling the Second Life experience. They help to maintain and shape Second Life's unique online community by assisting Residents with problems both technical and social, orienting new arrivals, and channeling community concerns and feedback to Second Life's Community Managers and developers. Specialists work both in world and in our support software program in highly collaborative teams in three disciplines: In-World Experience, Governance, and Concierge. They also work very closely with first level billing and technical support and the risk mitigation team. Specialists team members work remotely from all over the world assisting residents and are a vital part of the operation of Second Life. Note: We are only able to hire this role in the United States, UK, or Singapore and for Full-time positions only.
