Director, Customer Relations - Rountree
Overview:
The Director of Customer Relations will help maintain and grow the existing support structure and assist in the strategic development of the team going forward. They will contribute to the strategic direction and development of the programs that support currently runs, as well as oversee and direct the implementation of new programs going forward. They will assist other senior level managers in guiding the department’s teams, programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities: • Participate in the strategic planning around the direction and management of the Customer Relations team • Oversee the management of teams, programs and tools within the department • Oversee the relationship and contract management of both our third party tool suppliers and our outsourced support group. • Assist in the management and strategic development of Customer Relations-centric projects outside of the department • Upholding the values and ideals of Linden Lab at all times. • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience: • 3-5 years Senior Management or Directorial experience • Strong strategic and analytical skills, and a rich understanding of business process • Hands on, creative thinker • Excellent mentorship skills • Knowledge of Second Life and its community an advantage
